We have a 3 yr. old spayed female cat/pet. She just recently began spraying in the house. Why do you think this is and can you offer a remedee ?

It sounds like either a learned behavior or a behavioral issue. If you have made any types of changes at all lately then that could be why or there could be an underlying issue. You may just call your vet and ask them some questions.
