My daughter's rat, probably a couple of months old, started wheezing and having a discharge from it's nose. We thought it was going to die during the night. The next day it was like nothing had happened. She took the bedding out the night before. It is occasionally sneezing and sometimes wheezing now. Is there something we should give it?

It could have an upper respiratory infection or allergies. Some rats and other rodents can actually be allergic to different types of bedding so you may try changing the bedding. If that doesn't help then you probably need to take the rat to the vet.
