His left ear is almost swollen shut, and he scraches all the time. Any help will do

I sound to me like he has a really bad ear infection. Unfortunately there are several types of infections it could be and can only be diagnosed by a vet and a microscope. You can try cleanng the ear out if you have any kind of ear wash if you dont have any you can use half vinegar and half alcohol. Then make an appointment with a Veterinary clinic.
