my rabbit has an wound from fly strike that is open what should i do to clean it out?

I am sorry but the clinic that I work for doesn't treat rabbits. I have had rabbits but I have never had any problems with then knock on wood but I would recommend call a clinic that does and they may be able to give you some advice over the phone. Good luck.
