How do I clean off my parakeet's dry blood?

    Assuming that it is just dried blood on the bird due to a broken feather ect and not a wound of some sort simply put a dish of water in the cage and do nothing else.  The bird will thoroughly groom itself in a short period of time.  Using cleaning products or soaps is never a good idea because they can leave residue which can be ingested through grooming and cause illness.  If the bird is still bleeding, it needs to see the vet.
