Have a kitten that is 5-7 weeks old. Recently started having runny stool and her last stool had a very small tinge of blood in it. She is not eating her normal amount. She is drinking water. She is also sleeping more than usual. Is there anything that we should or should not be doing?

Symptoms: Lethargy, Diarrhea

Take her to the vet IMMEDIATELY.  In a kitten that young, inappetance and diarrhea is all it takes to cost them their lives.  This kitten will require immediate veterinary care to prevent it from getting much sicker or possibly dying.
