The loss of balance and seizures are considerably more concerning than sudden aggressiveness, but all may indicate a severe problem.  This dog needs to be seen by a vet asap.

Sorry for not adding this but she's been to the vet twice extensive blood work returned normal ranges for full blood work. a full exam was done and seems fine. this behavior started about two months ago and is getting worse. He recommended a specialist and MRI but don't have $2000 for MRI and any ideas????    CCD???

Unfortunately the MRI would be the next step.  If thats not an option all you can hope to do is keep her comfortable and treat her symptoms with medication, but without knowing the cause and given what you've described it will probably only worsen.  Sorry  ~D
