i have a Shar Pei. 5 years old. The advice I get from the local vets is suspect. i honestly, do not trust what they tell me. My dog stopped eating and drinking 3-4 days ago. He has not gone to the bathroom for 2 days. Local diagnosis is problems with Kidneys. Creatin level is higher than normal. Other blood test results come back normal. What can we do to get our dog eating, drinking, pissing again? Thanks Marc

Failure to follow your vets advice and hospitalize this dog will likely result in complications of its health problems and possibly death.  There is no reason given what you've stated to doubt your vets diagnosis.
