What could be wrong if our cat hasn't eaten his food in 2 days and seems to be "off balance"?

I would advise you to take your cat to your RDVM ASAP since the symptoms being described can denote several health problems and it would be wise to have blood work done to check all major organ values ect. I am sorry I am not helpful otherwise. Thank you and I hope your kitty gets better.
