A head tilt can be an indicator for an ear infection, which can affect balance. If the eyes have any discharge or any discoloration, there could be a n infection or eye ulcers. You did not specifically explain the "wounds" as listed in the symptoms, so I am not sure about that, but irregardless, I would suggest Suzie be seen by a veterinarian to evaluate the symptoms you have described. The longer you wait on eye or ear issues, the more damage can be done, and the more difficult to treat. Suzie is also probably in some discomfort. I wish you the best in getting to the bottom of this for Suzie!          Carole

If Suzie is bumping into walls hard enough to cause injury to herself, it sounds like she may be having some serious vision, balance, or neurologic issues. aI strongly suggest she be seen by a veterinarian soon. These issues may be able to be treated before they get worse! Sorry I do not have a definative answer for you, but I know your veterinarian will help you find the root of the problem!     Thank You   Carole
