You should have her evaluated by a veterinarian. There are various causes of seizures and whether or not they need to be treated can be determined by your vet. Some dogs will have one seizure in their life and never have another one while some dogs will progressively worsen over time.
Your vet will probably need to run some bloodwork to make sure there are no underlying causes of the seizure (electrolyte disturbances, endocrine disorders, infection, etc.).
Often I will not treat a dog with seizures if they have one short seizure and do not have more than one per month. The most common cause of seizures is called idiopathic epilepsy and the cause is unknown. If they are having more than one per month I will usually start them on phenobarbital but it has many side effects so your veterinarian can determine if the benefits outweigh the risks.
Hope this helps.
