What can i do about my dogs back legs seeming to be weak and stiff? at home.

    There are several causes for perceived weakness and stiffness. I would need to know more about the pet (age, how long its been going on, activity level, breed, etc.).  If its an older dog it could be as simple as arthritis.  If its a younger dog there could be other causes such as torn ACL ligament, etc. 

    Your dog would need to be evaluated by a veterinarian to rule out more serious causes for pain such as back problems, torn ligaments, subluxations, etc.  If it is something like arthritis your veterinarian can prescribe medication to make him more comfortable.
