I have a cat that has recently been diagnosed with lung cancer. We have decided not to seek additional treatment and let him live his remaining days safe at home. Does anyone know what I need to aware of to help him through this process? Thank you.

There are a number a herbal remedies said to be able to slow (not cure) cancer cells from growing. C caps are the most well known for the use in feline and k-nine cancer cases. depending on how adavanced the cancer is it could add months to youre cats life before any noticable suffering begins. These vitamins and a well rounded diet including fresh meats, lots of fish, and eggs could do wonders for your cats quality of life. Dogs and cats really wont begin to show many signs of discomfomfort before they are really suffering. When its his time he will let you know and it will be obvious. From my own experience with having a dog with lung cancer, i do feel its best to end their suffering when they start giving you signs, soley for the reason that lung cancer in particular is strangleing and is a death similar to drowning when it has gone to far. As i said you cat will give you signs when its his time but just enjoy him, try the Ccaps and diet and show him lots of love.
