Just to elaborate on last comment, my dog does not have vomiting or diarrhea

    Looking at your previous question, I would agree that if your dog has a noticeable abdominal mass, and is off his food, then this constitutes an emergency and he should be examined by a vet immediately. There are numerous possible diagnoses, including foreign body, tumor, intususception, splenic torsion etc. Many of the differential diagnoses are life threatening so go to the vet now if you haven't already been.
