my cat has bad breath and has had it for the last 10yrs but recently it has gotten really bad smells like rotten food. he is fine otherwise but does sneeze some white discharge every couple days and has wheezing fits 1-2x per day...any help would be appreciated..

A lot of veterinary hospitals offer free "dental exams"... I would take Midnight in and have them check to make sure he doesn't have an abcessed tooth or advanced dental disease... this can sometimes have communication with their sinuses and that could be causing the white discharge that you are seeing when he sneezes. Severe dental disease is painful and can put bacteria in the bloodstream causing damage to other organs... definitely a trip to the vet is in order!
