I was told my calico cat Nyeeyla may be allergic to my min pin....is that possible? if so what do i need to do?

That is very unlikely. I have never come across a cat that is allergic to another animal. It is far more likely that your cat is allergic to fleas if it is itchy, or has feline asthma if it is showing breathing distress.
