should I take my dog to emergency vet or waitn until the AM?

my dog has been shaking, will not leave my side, lethargic, panting and disorentated. he is not hiding under the bed (not uncommon, but he will not come out) should I take him in immediatley??

Symptoms: Breathing, Head Tilt, Ears

    Sorry to hear about Wookie's illness. It's difficult to say whether this is an emergency or not. If he's not having breathing difficulties it would probably be safe to try and settle him down until morning if you can keep an eye on him. His symptoms are quite non-specific so it's not possible to say what's causing it. If you can watch him, you still have the option of the emergency vet if it gets any worse.
