She recieved Rabies and 4in1 on Yesterday, and today the area is swollen and hurts her if I touch it, Is this normal? should I be worried?

You should let your vet know of any possible vaccine reactions. We often give a cortisone shot in our practice if this happens to make them more comfortable. In the meantime you can try gently putting a wrapped ice pack on the area if she will let you
