Our cat has been throwing up for the last couple days and he has also had different colors to his urine....once was red and another time it was green....is there something wrong with our cat?

I would think it best to take your cat to the vet. If the Urine was red it indicates that there could be blood in the urine. A urine sample can be taken in to the vet and they will test it for any blood or cells.
Also if he is vomiting it indicated that there is something not quite right.
Is he drinking lots? any loss in appetite?
The vet can do blood tests to check all blood values and to ensure the is no underlying infection or organ problems.
So i would take him for review at the vets and take a urine sample with you.
