My four year old male cat had a rabies booster and another booster two weeks ago and for the past week he has been in an animal hospital with a temp of 105.7, is lethargic, won't eat. Could there be a correlation between the vaccines and this illness?

It's very unlikely to be connected to vaccination. You couldn't definitely rule it out however without some specific blood tests. It's much more likely to be an unrelated illness. Assuming after a week some tests have been done, have you got an idea yet of what is causing the fever?
