    Hi,

sounds like an allergic reaction to me if hives and vomiting are occuring? Has he been outside recently and exposed to insects or been given a vaccination? These are the most common causes of allergic reactions in dogs

I would suggest seeing a vet so that they can give him some meds to reduce the problem. Your vet will probably administer a steriod and a benadryl injection if this is the problem

    hope that helps

Every day I see pets come into my clinic injured and unwell. Its always so upsetting knowing that treatment could be taken a lot further only if the owner had taken out pet insurance. You have health insurance, so should your pet... Dr Brooks
