Sick dog

My boxer has been throwing up the last 2 weeks. The past week , he will not eat a thing. All he does is dring water. My other boxer died with the same symptoms in May. They said she had cancer of the stomach. Could this boxer have the same thing? He is doing the same thing she did. I do not have the money at this time to take him to the vet and I do not want to watch him starve to death. Do you think he has the same thing or something else?

Unfortunately there is no way to know.  He really needs to see the vet as soon as possible or he does risk starving to death.  GI Cancers are common in boxers and that is certainly a possibility, but there are several other possibilities.  Unfortunately all require veterinary care.  If finances are an issue try to see if there are any non-profit animal welfare groups in your local area which offer discounted or free veterinary care.  Also if youre in the US consider Care Credit.  Its a 3rd party finance company that deals with veterinary care and most of their programs have 0% interest if you make your payments on time.  ~D   www.carecredit.com
