hi ive got a male cat and hes got a realy big lump on his headfrom his nose to the bac of his ears and it feels like fluid inside it its even making his eye close a little bit because of the bulge could u please help ???? thanks

Your cat probably has an abscess, from being bitten on the head by another cat. This needs to be lanced and flushed by a vet. It is not an emergency that has to be seen immediately, but get him to a vet as soon as you reasonably can. He will most likely need a course of antibiotics. If it is an abscess (and not a cyst or a hematoma) then they might need to sedate him to flush it, so don't feed him until the vet has seen him, in case they need to do an anesthetic.
