our dog ate 5lbs of barbecue that was left out. It has been 2 days and his stomach is still upset and is gowling.

    Hi

Could your dog have eaten any bones? If so it is wise to have a vet check him (feel his abdomen). If he is passing faeces then that is a good sign.

If he has vomited a couple of times, but otherwise seems bright, then starve him for 24hrs (plenty of water). If the vomiting doesn't stop then take him to a vet.
