I have a 9weeks old Labrador, she's very active and playful although a few mornings she has been sick when she first wakes up, its just water though and it doesn't stop her eating her meals and playing afterwards and she is not sick the rest of the day. Is it anything to worry about?

This could be a sign of intestinal parasites, even if she doesn't had diarrhea. If she's eating well and is active and playful, it's not and emergency but she should still be examined and dewormed.
