Yes, giving her Pepto Bismol and Pedialyte will help - but at most, maybe for a day, two if you're lucky. It will not cure her and unfortunately, will not save her.
If she does have Parvo, she will have copious amounts of bloody diarrhea and vomiting. The virus basically shreds the intestinal tract from back to front. Parvo dogs get INCREDIBLY dehydrated very quickly, and their immune systems are fighting as best they can, but the dehydration and lack of nutrients doesn't usually help them win the fight.
If you think she has Parvo, I'd get a parvo test done. Depending on where you go, they can be anywhere from $20 to $50, but it's worth it to know. She may not have the virus, and may just need a few simple meds!
If you can't afford hospitalization and it comes back positive - I hate to say this, but your dog will probably die from the disease. It is typically fatal if left untreated. It wreaks havoc on the dog's body - leaving them susceptible to secondary infections, dehydration, and incredible painf. Even hospitalized, doctors usually give them a 50/50 chance for survival.
As much as I hate to say this, if she does have Parvo and you can't afford to do anything for her, it might be in her best interest to humanely euthanize her, rather than let her die naturally - Parvo is a slow, painful, horrible way to die.
I hope you can scrape some cash together and get a parvo test done - and I'm praying it's negative !!! Good luck with Lexi.
