Is she losing her coat in association with scratching herself or does she not seem to be itchy? If she has lost alot of fur without any itching she may have a hormonal-type problem, which should be checked out by a vet. If she is scratching her fur out you could start with flea treatment and then see if this improves things.

Thank you for your response. She does not scratch at all. I will talk with my vet to look into hormonal issues. Thanks again, I had not thought of that.
