my 10 month old boxer devolped lumps all over her body. yesterday she had them on her left side that seemed to go away then this morning she was covered with them

Your boxer is having an allergic reaction to something. You need to take her to your vet for some injections. If her face starts swelling there is danger of her having trouble breathing.
