our dog is 5 1/2 months old. He will not eat or drink and is throwing up - mostly clear. He now is having diarehia - very little. I just got him to drink a little water. I am calling vet in morning but what can I do for him now. We can hear his stomach making noises.

There is nothing you can really do for him now. What you can do is give him small amounts of water if he will take it (ice cubes). Otherwise hold off from everthing so that he does not continue to vomit through the night. If your dog is dehydrated they may hospitalize him tomorrow and put him on I.V. fluids and drugs to stop the vomitting.
