I just noticed that my pug has a small bump between his eye and his nose. What is it?

I always tell my clients that "A lump is always just a lump until it is proved as anything else". There is no way of knowing unless you take a sample from it and send it to the pathologist who will interpret it. Your vet will be the best one to help you with this. Sorry I can't be of any further help.
