Think my dog is sick.

My dog is a Siberian Husky and she had a egg shell in her mouth that came out of my neighbors garbage. I got it out of her mouth as soon as I could get to her. Now is she is not acting like her shelf. Can that could harm? If so what do I need to do?

What do you mean by "not acting like her self".  Egg shell shouldnt be harmful if ingested, however it's hard to say what else may have been in the trash with it.  Impossible to give advice without more information.   How long ago was she caught with it and what exactly is she doing now?  ~D

First she was caught around 1:00 o'clock. She is a playful and hiper puppy. She usally will chase the broom when I sweep and try to bite it but she didn't. Before I could put her back on her long leash she headed for her dog house and just layed there while I hooked her up and didn't want to play. She also didn't want to run or go for a walk.

Its hard to say what may be wrong.  Eating egg shell shouldnt cause illness, however if she spent a lot of time in the trash she may have ingested something else thats caused her to feel ill.  I would watch her closely overnight and if she hasnt perked up by tomorrow morning contact your vet.
