do guinea pigs get their period? i found blood in her urine. no other symptoms are visible.

Hi there I think there is something else going on here, guinea pigs do not bleed during their estrus cycle as humans do. They do however get urinary infections, and for that reason you should bring her to the vet if the symptom persists. She could also have a uterine infection, which could be lethal so she needs to be treated ASAP. Torunn Beurling DrMedVet
