Our dog just had puppies and now she has diarrhea with some traces of blood. What could be wrong?

Sometimes diarrhea can occur after giving birth. Has she been dewormed recently? This is very important because she can pass intestinal parasites to the pups. These parasites can cause severe problems in the pups. You should bring a stool sample to your vet and have it checked for ova, parasites, and giardia.
