how serious is my dog's condition right now

my shit zu's stomach has gotten really big, to where finger indentations occur. He has no energy & won't eat.

Symptoms: Breathing, No Appetite & Anorexia, Behavioral, Diarrhea, Eyes, Obesity & Weight Gain

    Your dog should definitely be seen by your vet, this is quite serious. I never like it when a patients appetite drops off and is lethargic. Has your pet been seen by your vet for this already? and does he have any other health problems like a heart condition? If his abdomen is really this big I assume he is also having some problems breathing too. There are many possibilities for the symptoms you are seeing, such as heart issues, inflammatory conditions, infection, Liver disease, kidney disease and cancers. It would be in his best interest to have your vet check him over and he/ she will likely need to do some further testing to see what is wrong. I hope they get to the bottom of this for you
