I just found a kitten aprox 6 weeks of age, and i fed him some food then picked him up by the scruff on the neck , he then laid on the ground like he was paralyzed and then a lite pink blood sprayed out of his penis, what could cause this?

He may just be very weak from starvation. The light pink liquid was probably him just urinating, with the urine tinged with blood, maybe due to trauma or an infection. He really ought to see a vet as he could have, for example, a liver shunt, which would cause him to collapse and have a seizure after eating. Good luck
