My 80 lb labradoodle just got into the trash and ate a cooked chicken bone. What should I do?

Hi there, I would say an 80lb dog would probably be able to pass a chicken bone ok - what I normally tell my clients is to watch out for any signs of vomitting or lethargy, at which time I would recommend you go to the vets for workup. If you went now, if an xray were performed, you would see the chicken bone in Bentley's abdomen, but we wouldnt be able to really tell if it were passing through or obstructing. So, keep an eye on him and take him to the vet ASAP if you suspect blockage. Good luck!
