she drinks alot of water an it seem like every ten min. she wants to go outside to pee.she is a house dog only mess's up when we ain't looking.she is a very smart dog

I would take Aussie to the vet and get a urinalysis done on her. It sounds like she could have a urinary tract infection causing the frequent urge to urinate. If this is not a new problem, but one that she has had since you have had her, it could just be a puppy thing for her and require some more potty training. I would still look into getting her urine tested though.
