my 7 week old dog has small white worms in her feces, what vare they?

If they look like grains of rice they are tapeworms. Bring a stool sample to your vet, he/she should be able to tell.

they are about an inch long and i,m finding them all over the floor

Bring them in to your vet so that a dewormer can be given.
