My 4 yr old male cat has been vomiting for the last couple of days and has also desided to urinate out side of the litter box... he does drink a lot of water and he does eat very well... he doesn't vomit everytime he eats though...please help...

He could be blocking. This can be very common in male, overweight cats. You should take him to the vet for an exam, urinalysis, and bloodwork. Drinking a lot of water can mean a lot of other things...diabetes, kidney problems, etc.
