If your puppy does have parvo the best thing you can do is to get her to a vet ASAP, the sooner it is treated the better her chances of survival.

Parvo usually has prolific Vomiting and bloody Diarrohea that will progressively get worse. They are usually unable to keep any food or fluids down which will lead to dehydration and fluid electrolyte imbalance.

Support is given with fluids directly in to the vein, so it bypasses the stomach, and medication can be given to stop the vomiting.

You can try staving her for 12 hours and then introducing a bland food like chicken or rice little and often, do not withhold water, if there is no improvement following this, it is improtant that she is not left for long without eating or drinking,

    Hope that she recovers ok.
