My Guinea pig ate about 1/2 of a pothos leaf. She is eating OK and even though I havent heard her drink she is urinating. She is however favoring her belly as in not wanting to lay on it. I called the vet and he said to keep her eating and drinking and to keep my fingers crossed. Is there anything else I can do?

Not much more just keep an eye on her as long as she is still bright, eating, drinking, urinating and passing faeces. If she stops doing any of those call your vet again and have her checked over.
