My 16 week old german shepard puppy has been healthy and normal for the last 5 weeks weve had her. she has her parvo vaccines. early this morning 6 am she vomited 2x in the house this afternoon she became lethargic and has diarrhea. her nose is warm and dry. i checked her whole body and she doesnt seem to be sore anywhere but she wont eat and seems like she is skinnier already. please help we dont want to loose our Abby!

You need to get this pup to the vet as soon as possible hun. She's very young and could go downhill quickly. Dehydration is the main concern right now.
