sick puppy

My 16 week old german shepard puppy has been healthy and normal for the last 5 weeks weve had her. she has her parvo vaccines. early this morning 6 am she vomited 2x in the house this afternoon she became lethargic and has diarrhea. her nose is warm and dry. i checked her whole body and she doesnt seem to be sore anywhere but she wont eat and seems like she is skinnier already. please help we dont want to loose our Abby!

    I would suggest please have her seen by a vet as soon as possible. I think its still important to rule out parvo virus. She may need intravenous fluids if she is very dehydrated from the vomiting and diarrhea
