My dog has been vomiting diarrhea no appetite very thristy and now is peeing blood my vet is not back on untill monday what do i do. What could it be?

Although she is very young she may have a uterine infection / cystitis or possibly something else. She sounds very unwell and I would suggest you call an emergency vet to get her seen asap.
