Hi, I have an older pitbull with a bump on his eyelid. It started off small a few weeks ago, but it is larger now and started to bleed today. It has no hair on it and looks rough. Green mucas is present in that eye also. What should I do?

Hi, it looks like a little growth to me that should probably be removed surgically under sedation and local anesthetic. It should be sent off for histopathology (lab analysis) too. The green mucus is probably some secondary infection settling in. Please see your vet. thanks, david
