my dog has been vomiting up stomach ,fluid i guess, for the past few days. This afternoon she began not wanting to sit down do to some kind of pain in her hips. she doesnt walk around much and when she does she starts turning around like she is dizzy. Black lab 8yrs old never had a health issue before

There could be a number of issues here. If she seems in pain, you need to take her to your vet. Bad ear infections could cause dizziness, but so can dehydration from vomiting.
