My dog has gotten infested with fleas. I have done everything to get rid of them. I continuosly bathe her and use flea repellants. She has huge red patches and is loosing her hair due to constant scratching. What Can I do? She looks awful.

What type of flea products have you tried? Have you treated your home and your yard? She will need to see a vet and get on prednisone and likely antibiotics. Over the counter flea products do not work and can have lots of side effects. Flea baths might kill the fleas that are on her at the time, but when you rinse there is no residual effect, and too much bathing will dry her skin, make her more itchy, and increase her chances of getting an infection.
