Can you tell me why my dog is licking constantly in the past couple of days? Not licking herself - but smacking her lips almost as if she was dehydrated?

Sometimes licking or drooling or both can be signs of nausea in dogs. If there has been any vomiting or reluctance to eat this may be what's going on.
