My cat is in good health and loves to roam outside. I noticed today that he has alot of blood in his eye and the eye looks as though it is starting to pop out of the socket. What could be wrong and what can I do to help?

Hi,
You need to bring your pet to the vet ASAP. There are cases of extreme glaucoma where the eye needs to be removed before it reptures, in addition, any thing involving the eye needs to be seen by a vet because eyes tend to get worse very quickly.
I hope I have been helpful and best luck.
