My dog keeps biting and chewing on his testicles, and has made a raw spot, he started doing it after our female pit went in heat, is there any connection and what can i do for him? he doesnt have fleas, and ive given him a medicated bath.

It is likely related to your females heat cycle, but may not be. You will need to keep him from licking because the act of licking can cause further irritation. This can be done with an e-collar. He may need a topical antibiotic medication or cortisone cream to help with the discomfort.
